what is hypnosis and it can help you?
Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images. When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and you're more open to suggestions. Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behavior.
Psychology research on hypnosis has discovered:
♦ The "state of inner absorption, concentration and focused attention” brought on by hypnosis may help us use our minds more powerfully, according to the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH).
♦ Medical hypnosis, sometimes called hypnotherapy, uses verbal repetition and/or mental imagery (facilitated by a hypnotherapist or one's self) to induce a "trance-like state" of increased focus. It's typically described as feeling calm and relaxing and usually opens people up to the power of suggestion, according to the Mayo Clinic.
why hypnosis is so powerful in reprogramming limiting beliefs and altering emotional states and behaviour?
♦ The most important programming of the subconscious mind occurs in the first six years of our life! Dr. Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. cellular biologist and author if the book "Biology of Belief", explains this process in from the scientific perspective: "During that time (brith to age of six), the child’s brain is recording all sensory experiences as well as learning complex motor programs for speech, crawling, standing, and advanced activities like running and jumping. Simultaneously, the child’s sensory systems are fully engaged, downloading massive amounts of information about the world and how it works. By observing the behavioral patterns of people in their immediate environment—primarily parents, siblings, and relatives—children learn to distinguish acceptable and unacceptable social behaviours.
♦ It’s important to realise that perceptions acquired before the age of six become the fundamental subconscious programs that shape the character of an individual’s life. During this time of accelerated learning, Nature facilitates the enculturation process by developmentally enhancing the subconscious mind’s ability to download massive amounts of information. We know this thanks to our study of brainwaves in adults and children. Electroencephalogram (EEG) readings from adult brains reveal that neural electrical activity is correlated with different states of awareness. Adult EEG readings show that the human brain operates on at least five different frequency levels, each associated with a different brain state:
♦ The predominant brain activity during the child’s first two years of life is delta, the lowest EEG frequency range. Between two and six years of age, the child’s brain activity ramps up and operates primarily in the range of theta. While in the theta state, children spend much of their time mixing the imaginary world with the real world.
♦ The predominant delta and theta activity expressed by children younger than six signifies that their brains are operating at levels below consciousness. Delta and theta brain frequencies define a brain state known as a hypnagogic trance, the same neural state that hypnotherapists use to directly download new behaviours into the subconscious minds of their clients. In other words, the first six years of a child’s life are spent in a hypnotic trance! When as young children we download limiting or sabotaging beliefs, those perceptions or misperceptions become our truths."
Since limiting beliefs are programmed in our subconscious mind, the fastest and the most powerful way to reprogram and change limiting beliefs is by using the power of our subconscious mind. Hypnosis is like pressing the record button again into our subconscious mind and recording the new programs, beliefs, thoughts, behavioural traits... that we desire to have! this was the way we have learned our limiting beliefs during the first six years of life, and the same way we can unlearn them and reprogram new ones!

♦ You need 90-min of time for yourself without noise, distractions, or other people in the room. You need to sit on a conformable chair or sofa during the hypnotherapy session.
