FOUR THINGS YOU CAN DO TO IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS

A decade ago, I used to be perceived as a shy and quiet girl, as I was not talking much and I was reserved while interacting with other people, until I’d get to know them. Once I would build a deeper bond with the other person, we would be having very long conversations, talking and laughing a lot. People would be describing me as a shy or introvert, and some even as a boring person, until they would get to know me better (then they would be surprised that was totally opposite of everything that they imagined me to be).

FIVE LIFE AND BUSINESS LESSONS I LEARNED FROM MY MENTOR LIFE COACH

Coaches have coaches too: so do I. 🙂 Since I completed my life coaching training I’ve been working with my mentor life coach, amazing, wise, compassionate, supportive and generous  Vanja Beukelman Pavlovic. Although it has been almost one year since I’m in life coaching profession I still have a monthly session with her, as having her as a mentor is giving me wind in the back and helps me immensely to grow as a persona and as a life coach. If I look back it would have been difficult for me to build my life coaching practice without her and her wise tips and advice.

HOW I BECAME MORE GRATEFUL AND HAPPY IN INDIA

Living in India for more than two years now has been an eye opening experience for me, as I’ve realized how I used to take so many things for granted. While growing up and living in my home country (Bosnia and Herzegovina) in Europe, I was lacking gratitude for all the blessings that surrounded me.

HOW I FOUND MY BLISS IN INDIA

When I was packing my bags for a one-month holiday in India, I had no idea that I’d end up staying for more than two years. I landed in India with a few sweaters and a cosmetic bag. I did not carry any of my “important” personal belongings, and I did not say goodbye to anyone in my country. I had no intention to stay here for any longer than I had planned.

HOW TO TURN YOUR PAIN INTO A FUEL TO SUCCESS

If I look back today, I feel really grateful that I’ve been threw all the painful moments of my life, because that pain was the stepping stone to my happiness and success today.

Of course, at the time when I was going threw all these tough moments I was cursing my life, getting into despair, crying, even losing the hope and purpose, but if I look back today, the truth is that if I did not hit the bottom, I would not decide that I am going to change or that I will change my life from scratch.
